Sales Mentoring Program

FFor the busy executive, an option to the sales health checkup is a concept we refer to as our Sales Mentoring and Coaching Program. This program provides you weekly support from our agency as it relates to your sales staff. Whether you are the company sales person or have the luxury of additional sales personnel, we can provide weekly management sales support to the appropriate personnel. The Sales Mentoring and Coaching Program offers the following services:

• Electronic and/or telephonic review of weekly sales reports provided by your sales staff
• A weekly synopsis of the above reports forwarded to ownership/senior management.
• Assist your staff with developing strategies and/or presentations (including PowerPoint) for difficult or high volume proposals.
• Serve as a mentor to sales personnel, answering questions, providing positive input and offering suggestions to improve their sales ability.
• On-site assistance, when requested and at a discounted rate for special projects, promotions or support during the selling process.

This program is designed to function on a month-to-month basis with no long term contracts or commitments.
