September 7-8, 2010 CALSAGA Membership Services Presents Building a Sales Effort and Building Your Brand
On Tuesday, September 7 (Garden Grove) and Wednesday, September 8 (Walnut Creek), CALSAGA will be hosting two seminars - "Building a Sales Effort and Building Your Brand."
Gary Kuty, CEO of Kuty & Associates LLC, a marketing and sales consulting agency, will present on effective hiring and evaluation techniques for private security sales people. He will expand on the hiring process, red flags to be aware of prior to and after the hire, and essential training and supervision that will enhance your ability to hire the proper person the first time. Building brand recognition is essential for sustained growth. Gary will discuss the importance of branding and discuss cost effective ways to build brand recognition in your marketplace.
BSIS Chief Jeffrey Mason will also be participating in the seminars and will update attendees on current Bureau activities, enforcement efforts and future priorities of the department. This will be an excellent opportunity to meet Mr. Mason and ask him questions.
